Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund excluding any shipping charges. All shipping fees are paid directly to the carrier therefore, they are nonrefundable. Items are eligible for refund if they are returned to us in their original condition within 30 days after delivery.

“Original condition” is:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed with brand tags

Step 1: Request a Return

  1. Visit our returns portal here.
  2. Enter your email to receive a 6-digit code to login
  3. Choose the order you wish to return; click ‘request return’ to submit your request
  4. Pack your items with the return request approval emailed to you or packing list to help us process your return more quickly.
  5. Ship your return to:

Please note:

  • Items returned without submitting a return request cannot be accepted. 
  • If you are unable to print the return request approval emailed to you, please include your original packing slip with your return.
  • We recommend shipping your item(s) back to us with tracking and/or delivery confirmation.
  • We cannot assume responsibility for item(s) lost during shipping.
  • We cannot accept returns sent back to us COD.

Step 2: Refund

You will receive an email when your refund has been processed. You can expect your refund minus shipping within 3-5 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact your banking institution.

Damages & replacements

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on final sale items.
